  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping (Burkina Faso): 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping (Africa): 7-14 business days
  • International Shipping (Middle East, Asia): 10-21 business days
  • International Shipping (Europe, Americas): 14-28 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (promotional offers will be displayed at checkout)
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer

Tracking Your Order

Order Tracking Issues

Undeliverable Packages
